So we booked 2 rooms from online website and instantly we got confirmations for the same. Check-in process was smooth and persons at reception were good. Hotel is located on main Delhi- Haridwar bypass and easy to locate through main road on right side. A 26 rooms property divided in 3 floors and basement. All superior rooms are in basement and all deluxe rooms are on ground/first and second floor. A small restaurant is on ground floor with limited seating option. You always order for room service for more convenience. A good variety of food is available and the best part is its very economical as comparison to other hotels. Har Ki Pauri is around 1.5-2 km from hotel and you get e-rickshaw or auto in front of hotel and they charge 20/- per passenger. Stay was comfortable with comfortable beds and working AC in every room. Room size bit small but its okay if you plan to spend a night and move ahead with further journey next morning. You will not get lot of noise or congestion which you can experience same at lot of hotels in Haridwar main bazaar or near to railway station area. Ps: Toilets are smelly even if you keep your exhaust fan on as well then also you can feel the smell. This has happened in both the rooms which we have booked. Other than that no complaints.

Hi Team, I traveled to Haridwar on October I booked the hotel and room and services are excellent. The staffs were cooperative and they helped me while roaming in Haridwar and the room was clean and tidy they helped me in early check in.

Hotel is located nearly 4 kms away from the Har ki pauri. Room is average. All the photos posted here represent the hotel during its inauguration. Now it’s old and you can see painting dropped off and loose electric wires. Some good points: ->Hot water available all the time ->Actual check in is at 11 AM. But staff somehow managed early check in at 8:30 am itself ->nice and cooperative staff ->breakfast is good. However, you need to wait until 8:30 am.

Dirty linens (bedsheets, comforters, pillows) - looks as if they have not been replaced in years. Bathrooms are dirty and in dire need of updating. There was a huge mouse or rat in the dining hall. But, it was cheap, chai and food decent. If it’s crowded you’ll have a hard time parking.

They offer Every type of rooms which are Pocket Friendly. Parking is a problem but staff is there to assist you. Hotel is Secured with CCTV surveillance. Power backup etc. there is also a restuarent in the hotel who offers Breakfast, lunch and dinner they also serves food in rooms you can order through intercom which are available in every room. We booked two rooms there which were packed with Amenities like Hot water, Room AC, A comfy Double bed, wifi etc. TV was not working. Hotel is Suitable and recommended for families. staff is very helpful who will serve you 24x7. Overall experience was good had a great stay.
